How many of you didn't even know that he was still running? Is his dropping out a good thing or not? Why? Who do you think it will help/hurt with him dropping out? Where do you think his voters will go? Anything else that strikes you about Ron Paul dropping out?

North Carolina and Indiana
Well, as most of you know by now, Barack Obama won by a landslide in North Carolina - by 14 points. We all pretty much new that Barack was going to take North Carolina. What was absolutely amazing is that he got an unprecendented 97% of the African American vote in North Carolina. The state to watch though was Indiana. Would it be Clinton, who in the few weeks leading up to the primary in Indiana, had a lead of over 15%? Or would it be Obama, who in the last two weeks leading up to the primary, closed the gap significantly. It was said that Hillary had to win it big in Indiana, or she might as well just kiss her chance at a nomination goodbye.
Basically, the results in Indiana had the potential to tip the nomination battle in favor of either of the candiates. However, that has not happened. Instead, the race continues. Clinton hopes to be able to sway superdelegates to her side, and Obama hopes to get establish support for a general election candidacy. Clinton says that she will continue the battle for the nomination until the Democratic Party Convention in August. It is clear that Obama supports would rather unite around their candidate and prepare him to take on John McCain.
What do you think? What do Democratic and moderate voters really want? Should Hillary stay in the race? Who is going to win? Who should win? What do we do about Flordia and Michigan - or do they even count?
